Position Overview

Client Success Managers (CSMs) oversee the day-to-day management of our influencer marketing initiatives and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.

CSMs are responsible for nurturing client relationships and delivering world-class service.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering on the key campaign deliverables and creative brief requirements, ultimately ensuring the success of campaigns and brand retention.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Success of Your Clients & Their Campaigns
  • Ensure we understand a brand’s KPIs
  • Ensure the strategy we are using to hit the KPI’s are the right ones
  • When problems present themselves find the best solution to address them
  • Understand the data that drives the performance of your campaigns and provide insights, analytics and recommendations to clients
  • Strong Project Management & Internal Communication
  • Ability to project manage intricate campaigns, from landing pages, multi-tiered campaigns, sampling/giveaway campaigns
  • Maintain internal calendars and timelines based on client needs-- Proactively informs CS team on campaign updates and pacing
  • Clearly delegate tasks to members of internal teams to ensure success of campaign KPI’s-- Manage Influencer Payments and maintain margin in accordance with SOW
  • Provide Excellent Client Success
  • Manage all communication for your book of business in a professional and timely manner
  • Be solutions-oriented and optimize in favor of the brand
  • Work to retain clients and scale client growth\Thinks beyond the standard reporting capabilities and take reports a step further to showcase results to clients
  • Brings thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the larger team

Who we are looking for

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of account management experience
  • Client Service experience (agency preferred)
  • Project Management experience
  • Has owned and successfully managed large book of business
  • Builds and maintains great client relationships
