Client Success Associates (CSA) are responsible for supporting the client success team in the setup, execution and internal management of influencer campaign activations.CSA oversees the day-to-day execution of our influencer marketing initiatives and serves as the first point of contact for our influencer network.
CSA’s are responsible for nurturing the relationships we have with existing influencers and adhering campaigns and influencers to the timeline set forth by the CSM.
This role serves as a support layer for Client Success Managers in the successful planning, execution and delivery of key campaign deliverables and creative brief requirements.
